Anish Mohanty serves as the Digital Director for Mayor Matt Mahan. He specializes in crafting compelling digital content, managing social media outreach, and driving data-informed strategies to enhance civic engagement.

Before joining Mayor Mahan’s team, Anish worked as Communications Director for Assemblymember Liz Ortega and has played a key role in digital strategy for numerous Democratic campaigns across California. Anish is passionate about social justice and utilizing his storytelling expertise to uplift and support marginalized communities. 

When he’s not behind the screen, he enjoys the arts, photography, matcha, and writing poetry.
