San José is hard at work fighting homelessness, crime, blight and housing affordability.

We know our residents deserve better. And we can do better. But it will take a revolution of common sense to make sure our government is working as hard as we do. Mayor Matt will create this transformative change by renewing our focus on the basic functions of government with an emphasis on accountability.
