Jessica Barriga is a Riverside native with a strong passion for public policy and economic development. She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from Cal Poly Pomona and went on to complete a Master’s in Public Policy at UC Riverside, fueling her commitment to addressing key economic and social challenges.

Jessica has a strong policy background, having served in public service for Assemblymember Jose Medina in his district office. Most recently, as Public Policy Manager for the Inland Empire Economic Partnership, she played a pivotal role in fostering collaboration among business, government, and community leaders to create a more dynamic and thriving region.

Outside of her professional life, Jessica enjoys hot yoga and recently took on running long-distance as a new personal challenge.
