Yadira serves as the Assistant to Mayor Mahan. She obtained her B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She is an experienced Human Resources professional with experience in supporting C-suite level executives.

A San José native, she is proud to join the Operations team as she is dedicated in supporting the Mayor, and the team, in making San José one of the best cities to do business, work, and live in.

In her free time, she enjoys working out to Zumba and re-watching episodes of The Office.
